Most transports are billed to insurance. We aim to make the cost clear and to help you navigate coverage.
Ambulance costs depend on the level of care, mileage and whether the transport is emergency or scheduled. Emergency transport is typically billed to your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. For non-emergency and event services, we quote clearly in advance.
| Service | Typical | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency transport | Billed to insurance | We bill your insurer directly; you are responsible for any copay or deductible. |
| Non-emergency transport | $150 – $800 | Depends on distance and level of care; quoted before the trip. |
| Mileage | $10 – $20 / mile | Added for longer transports. |
| Event standby | From $400 / event | Priced by crew, hours and coverage needed. |
Figures are indicative. For scheduled transport we confirm the cost up front, and we help you understand what your insurance covers.
If you have had an emergency transport and the bill is a worry, call us — we can often help with insurance and payment options.
